Jack Radcliffe, D.Min., President

Jack Radcliffe lives in Spring Hill, TN with his wife Patti. He is the father of 4, 2 adult sons, and a teenage son and daughter. He is passionate about helping move people forward so they can be at their best.
For over 24 years, Jack has served young people and their families, led teams, trained leaders, and navigated change in churches in Ohio, Michigan, Massachusetts and Tennessee as associate pastoral staff and lead pastor. He has served on community and school youth and safety councils, emergency response teams, and music and sports staff. Jack has also conducted teacher in-service training. He is in the coach certification process with the Hollifield Leadership Center.

Jack currently serves as Adjunct Professor of Christian Education at Martin Methodist College, Dean of the Tennessee Conference Youth Ministry Institute and author of the Exploring Christianity columns on newlivingtranslation.com. He has a B.A. from Malone University, an M.Div from Ashland Theological Seminary, and a D.Min from Fuller Theological Seminary in Practical Theology, Adolescent Development and Culture.

Jack has loved raising his family. When he’s not with them or working, he can be found indulging in his sports and fitness passion. Jack’s favorite activities include exercise, triathlon, golf, and supporting the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Mark Miller, D.Min., Coach

Mark Miller is a husband and father of three adult children. For over 30 years, Mark has served in several
positions in the local church, but primarily as an Associate Pastor overseeing a churches educational and assimilation ministries. His passion is helping churches develop strong Discipleship and Small Group Ministries. This passion led him to serve as a State Missionary for Tennessee Baptists, where he presently serves as State Sunday School and Discipleship Director.

Mark regularly is involved in consulting, coaching, conference leading, speaking, and writing. He has a B.A from Union University, an M.A.R.E. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a D.Ed.Min from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in Christian Education. Mark is a member of Thompson Station Church in Thompson Station. Mark’s hobbies include following his favorite sports  teams (St. Louis Cardinals, Tennessee Volunteers, Tennessee Titans, and Nashville Predators) and Golf. He loves spending time with his wife and family, studying history, and working in the yard.
